What do you guys think of this for them? I'm only gonna use it 4th keep them outside during the day while I'm at school then when I'm home they will stay in their inside cage.

Looks like a good investment although it’s a bit on the small side but it’ll do.

I don't want to have them outside during the day when I can't watch them until I have something to protect them from rain.

I'm gonna get my sister's room probably within the next two weeks and i can keep the chickens' inside cage in there and their outside cage right by the window. The smell wont bother me because my sense of smell sucks and I'm already noseblind to their smell and the crowing in the morning will also be fine because he usually crows around 7 and I wake up around 7 anyway. My mom said the coop has to be 100 dollars or less, but thank you anyway.

I’ll look around to see what I can find. If your handy with a drill maybe you can find some old pallets to repurpose into a coop.
ETA: In my experience you should buy a prefab henhouse and build your own run. The runs/coops are just too small for the number of chickens recommended.
