I don't know. We probably don't have that in our town. I live in an area where we only socialize with friends and family, and don't go outside often.

It’s when you can throw out large items like TVs, book shelves, furniture, etc. normally if a person puts any of these items out they won’t collect them because they take up too much space in the garbage truck. My town has bulk trash day once a month.

Oh, yeah my town doesn't have that. But, sometimes I see people throwing away furniture and eventually someone says 'hey, I want that!' And they take it.
