Just read my taxes..............

On my taxes I'm listed as residential farm ( so does our deed we think) yet the city has us down as residential. I wonder if that would make me agricultural? then the animal by-laws don't apply to me since they are for property other then agricultural use. I would love to have my hens live outside full time before we get the chicken bylaw final.

It probably depends on the size of your land whether or not you are considered AG
