    Have you mentioned to your neighbor that the dogs are coming onto your property and harrassing your birds? You might also want to inform them of your legal options while you're at it - Shooting the dog, calling animal control or whatever they are where you live. The idea of the dogs disappearing MIGHT be enough for your neighbor to keep them home.

    Definitely tell you neighbor your options.
    If there smart they will keep there dogs under check. If not, call animal control and tell them the problem, your fears, and your worries.
    Also make sure to emphasis on the animals size and behavior, and that you dont want to get bitten when your defending your flock.

    I agree, I would try to get something done about your neighbors dogs, they shouldn't be running onto your property. In the very least, tell them that you will call animal control if the problem persists. In the meantime, double secure your fence and your ducks.

    That really is a sad story you posted.
