What about scar tissue? Are you planning on keeping her? Bless her heart she BB looks like she went through the mill so to speak.

I really don't have a setup for ducks. We have a lake owners association here and I've snuck a few Muscovys into our lake but I don't think she would do well out there so I know this amazing little lady in town who has a few ducks. She's like the animal whisperer. I plan on taking her there when she's well.

Is there an update on what this ended up being? I just rescued a duck with a very similar situation, and our first thought was scar tissue but now I'm worried it's something else.
