Just rescued some more Battery Hens *pics*

She's down home now. Not sure if it is sour crop now because her breath doesn't smell. Going to leave her the night to see if she passes anything and to see if her crop empties.

I hope she is alright, she is a beautiful girl!

She was before she got ill. I have felt around her vent and everything feels fine...

You may need to do an internal examination and if the weather isn't too cold there, place her in a warm bath and massage towards the vent. Do this for a good 10-15 mins and see if you can help her out. Are her poops normal. If I were trouble shooting here I'd say in this order.-
-worms
-lice / mites
-impacted crop
-egg bound
-cocci
Could be any one or none of the above, but diagnoses is the most important thing. And of course she is an old lady now and her age may be catching up with her.
Give her a good feed in the arvo and if her crop is empty in the morning, then you can rule out impacted crop.

She's going through worming now, I checked for lice and mites but couldn't see any but I treated her anyways, Her vent feels fine, and I thought she had an impacted crop then thought it turned to a sour one but not sure now and her poo is normal.

She's still not eating. Tonight I will syringe some oil again and massage just incase, syringe some yoghurt into her and give her a shot or baytril. Then tomorrow its sadly back to the field. It may seem bad that I'm sending her to the field, but its not. At the minute there is no point of her being at my house so I might aswel save her the stress and take her back.
