Just saw my neighbor chucking junk food in my yard!

Yikes! Its awful that you and your dh have to live next to someone so nasty. We have neighbors on one side of us that are equally dumb but not half as mean. I suspect they feed our chickens scraps as well since every weekend when they bbq and have friends over our birds line up against the fence and start to yell out the way they do at our back kitchen door when they want food. I have also seen our birds running wild with little pieces of white bread (yuk) we don't even eat white bread, so if I was you I would let my landlord know about the issues with your jerky neighbor man. You can also file a report with the authorities just to let them know you feel threatened, that way if ever actually need back up its already on record that he was hostile/aggressive.

Unsuccessful first litters are not uncommon. And yes, the noise could have delayed the others.

My point is that if this had escalated into anything legal, this assumption would gave difficulties being proven.
Don't worry, I'm not planning on making any legal threats etc

got enough going on as it is!

My plan is to just smile & wave as I leave my little 1 bed flat with a small garden & move into my nans 3 bedroom house with a big garden.

Although, now i think of it, she has a snotty neighbor to up the road. He was standing today with his arms folded staring down the street at us as we left my nans with some bits for her. Literally, just standing & glaring. He's always the same lol, the guy hates my grandad because my grandfather would let his cairn terrier roam on the field opposite. It doesn't belong to anyone, but I warned him that he shouldn't let her roam, she might get hit by a car pulling in the road (and there were several near misses!) but he would scoff my advice. You just couldn't tell him. And of course one day my grandfather spotted the guy throw a brick at his dog.

So my grandfather "trimmed" his hedgerow one night

.
He also fed foxes, hedgehogs, birds etc had a garden teeming with wildlife including the endangered dormouse. His garden was like a wildlife sanctuary full of butterflies, bees & birds nests & flowers & vegetables everywhere in the spring & summer.

Well, the guy up the road is a really big fan of pesticides, poisons, perfectly manicured lawns & views every animal as "vermin" so we shall see.

I wonder if he'll like my rooster on the days I take his collar off

I would kick the guys *** personally. But that being besides the point, it shouldn't matter that you rent and he owns. The property you rent is yours not his, you pay for the right to use it as you see fit as long as the landlord agrees to it, this neighbor has no right to trespass or do anything else concerning your property. I would get the authorities involved with this person.
Amen

Good for You! if he is a problem too, well, let me put this easy, blow up his car!

Wow, you are WAYY to nice! I would go over there right away if I saw someone throw S**t over my fence! I would also contact the company trespassing in your yard and let them know they terrorized YOUR animals so much you lost a doe and kits and ask them what they intend to do about it! If they say nothing or they were following orders I would let them know that the neighbor had NO authority to allow them to TRESPASS on your property and THEY are still LIABLE. I would make it very clear and let them know that I would file with the BBB (or whomever you have) not to mention call the police ETC.

I would also call the police about the neighbor! I mean really, where does he get off! Your landlord is way to nice too! It was HIS paneling stuff so how dare the neighbor STEAL it!

If you let him he will run you over! Better that he doesn't like you and avoids you and complains about you than uses you as a doormat!

Oh, just read about you moving for sure.. Guess it won't be a problem much longer!

oh, and isn't there a UK P.E.T.A.? they closed down the most convenient rabbit breeder that was 15 minutes from the house now we have to go 60miles away for a rabbit that has not been Spayed OR Neutered. the reason why they closed it down is because the rabbits didn't have enough "FUN" what ever the h*** that means.

I threw a fit when the neighbors paving company used my road frontage on my adjoining lot for parking (UP IN THE YARD not along the road) I went out told them I didn't give a F what the guy siad they where on MY PROPERTY not the neighbor across the road and told them to park in the road or in his yard, and they went down the road and parked in my other neighbors yard He proceded to do the same as I and they had to park on the road next to the property they where paving. the guy across the road can;t figure out why we don't want HIS contractors parking in OUR YARDS and he doesn't want them on his is "different" . this same guy can see 4 lawns from his house the way the road is laid out and if we his neighbors mow monday wednessday friday and sunday he has to mow the oppisite days to keep his lawn the shortest.....
