Good luck with your plans! Our 3 chicks didn't require tons of time as far as care was concerned. Checked on them in the a.m. before work and then once we were home and again in the evening. Not too much to it! They are all happy & healthy girls. Waiting for eggs! Any day now!

Aus, my friends Mike and Yvonne are from Malanda, Queensland.

I'm sure it's a big place. Sort of like asking someone from the U.S. "do you know Michael Jordan?!" (yes, I was asked this almost daily when I was in China!)

I dont know Malanda, but when I took my wife + 1yr old down she was all 'I want to go here and here and here' and I said, Australia is bigger than the lower 48. Thats like driving from DC to LA.. 'OH' she said
