I’m on day two of my first emu hatch. I have two eBay eggs from the San Fran Bay Area, and their journey was only two days. I popped em in the incubator at 97 degrees about six hours after they arrived. Starting weight was 593g and 594g.
Got a nifty WiFi thermometer that sends me alerts and charts the temps and humidity. All the thermometers seem to agree. Let’s start Incubating!

Awesome, how long do Emu eggs incubate? A colleague of mine has emus and ostriches. I think I will stick with chickens..
This article is really interesting

Oh my goodness! Yinepu wrote this. And Raptor and kbgh and 'Tame Emu Guy' -- that's me -- are there too.

See the tin plate? The chicks are 'Felicity' and 'Greedy.' Both now dead and gone. But I used the plate to feed their little brother, Tooshtoosh, this morning at dawn
