Just to introduce myself

I have had chickens for 10 yrs. The last 4 yrs my children have shown them at the county fair. Were hooked love our chickens and shows. Of coarse we've had grand champion eggs one yr and grand champion chicken 2 yrs. Ok done braging, I thought this forum looked like a very good group of people, very caring and full of imformation. I'm hooked. I've never worried bout any of these diseases besides mites until my husband brought me 6 sick hens. Dang him. lol Now there up and recovering (hopefully) and I'm off and learning.

Thanks for the welcome. I have Black Australorp, Buff Orphington, Rhode Island Red, Silver Seabright bantams, and one Pekin duck. I had Bearded D'Anver and Buff Brahma bantams that accidently bred then both were killed by predators, therefore making a Bearded Buff Brahma.
