Just wondering if these three are roos

I received 5 EE's and they are now about 6-7 weeks. Just wondering if these three are roos. They have thicker legs than the smaller ones and have different tail feathers. i know the pics aren't the best, but hopefully someone can help me. Or, should I wait a few more weeks before deciding what to do with them?

I think they are all pullets- although you pics are pretty far away. The last one is a pullet for sure
