Just wondering what type of rooster...

Was just wondering what breed my rooster is, to me he looks like a black copper maran but my friend says otherwise what do you guys think.

He looks to be a black copper Marans./Welsummer cross to me, but if he came from a hatchery or feed store then probably a lower quality Marans because of all the red at his breast. Another possibility is that he is an olive egger.
