Kahaki duck sitting on hatching eggs

2 babies have hatched and I found them dead ( maybe stepped on, by other ducks). We have removed the other Ducks and she is still sitting on the eggs. Should we leave any that hatch now with her or take them out? Thanks !

I would observe to see if she's killing them as they hatch. If you see any aggression I would pull them. Otherwise it's always best to separate any hatching hen in some manner so other birds can't interfere.
