We got chicks in Paola at Family Center on Tuesday,they said they were supposed to get more in Thursday.BUT,when I called & talked to them a few weeks ago,they told me they were ONLY getting them in on St. Patricks's Day this year!

There is a chick shortage this year,from what I've been reading,due to the high demand. Orsclens in Ottawa & Lawrence gets theirs in on Wednesdays.​

Orsheln's in Lawrence SAYS they get them in on Wednesdays, but they actually get them in M-F, and have ducks and turkeys most of the time, too...

I only know this because I'm there M-F looking at the new stuff...sometimes a few times a day...never know when the new ones get there! It varies!!

Also, they get so many they generally have lots to choose from- meaties, incl., plus mixed banties, Polish, RI Reds, RI Whites, various sex-links, EE (labeled Ameraucanas) BR, Orps, on and on...
