Karen did it! First egg!

Way to go Karen! 18 weeks today and laid her first egg. Kinda small, but shell was hard.

I seriously thought my black sex links would be first to layer. Their combs and wattles have been huge and red for a while and they have been super curious about the nesting boxes. Karen just really got red this week and hasn't really cared about the nesting boxes. She was pretty quiet about laying too. While she didn't lay in the box, I wasn't expecting her to either for a first time layer.
