I went to TSC today to get some egg cartons AND an egg basket:

And while I was there I got a bale of alfalfa hay for the girls. They seemed so bored in their run, I thought I’d kick it up a notch.

They are having too much fun with it, throwing it around, climbing on it, and eating pieces of it.
My strategy here was not only to provide them with some new stimuli (and snacks), and me with hours of entertainment, but to scatter something on the ground to help with the muddiness.
This way, they will do the work of spreading it for me.:thumbsup

Mine love a bale of anything. They tear it apart in no time @ all. :D

The egg cartons are cute and the alfalfa was inspired. I think I will get my girls some. I love them spreading it around for you. Great visit to the TSC.
