Less than five minutes!I need to do that. I have been meaning to do so every winter. Thanks for the reminder. How long did it take them?

Looks like Blanche is picking up the mantle! Way to go lady!More rain. Ugh.
So this morning I sloshed out to the chicken coop through puddles and mud (the kind of mud that wants to suck your boots off your feet) carrying two waterers. As I struggled to get in the run with the two waterers, Blanche took advantage of my disadvantage and slipped out the door!

I set the water down and proceeded to chase her around the yard, calling her name, which was getting me nowhere, when lo and behold, The Three Stooges came to save the day.

Rocky, Gracie, and Otis herded her to the run/coop and headed her off every way she turned. I couldn’t believe my eyes. I didn’t train them to do that, they just knew. Eventually they had her cornered against the run fencing. They didn’t get too close to her either, they stayed back maybe two feet, but they had her surrounded. I swooped in and picked her up.
Since I had her in my hands I took advantage of the situation and snuggled her for a minute or two. She tolerated that, she’s a good sport. Anyway, she likes when I rub her comb and wattles.![]()
I know! I am proud of my dogs! And I have to admit that I am getting a kick out of Blanche with her mischievous antics. I can’t get mad because it’s too funny.Looks like Blanche is picking up the mantle! Way to go lady!![]()
