Bab's had twins, big boy and petite girl. She wasn't quite as big as that pygmy is but she was close and was huge for about 3 weeks. And YES - I did go help her up on several occasions. Her belly would kind of spread out and she could not get back up without help.

If the pygmy is pregnant, I'd guess triplets or more!
