I heard that sherriff, when he made his statements about what made this kid do his deed, and I almost fell out of the chair. Most interviews, with law enforcement, they are so tight lipped, you can't even find out the sex or race of the perpetrator. He probably caused immense harm to the prosecution's case, but who knows, that may have been his purpose...He's probably connected, more deeply to this kid's screwups, than he wants the public to know.

No. I am saying that everything that has been going on for 2 years now caused this guy to do what he did. If it didn't have anything to do with it, he wouldn't have been gunning for who he was. He would have just started shooting people from a bell tower.

SP is a very minor part of any equation much less this one. She just thrives on the spotlight so is playing a bigger role in the news. Using it to her advantage as a matter of fact.

I'm talking about everything. The economy tanking and getting blamed on Obama. Bills controlling guns that have been in the works for years being used against Obama and anyone in his corner. Look at the rush on guns and ammo when Obama got elected. It made no sense at all, but GB and others said grab your guns they're coming to get them. All the lies about the health care plan. Obama is gonna kill granny with a death panel. Obama is going to take away Medicare. The plan is going to kill jobs. All of it is lies but I bet a lot of people reading this believe it to be true, because GB says so. Then we have people saying bullets instead of ballots and take aim then reload or some such nonsense.

Anyone without a TV can figure it out. If you have a TV and believe some of the stuff coming out of it then you may have a difficult time seeing what's going on. If you got a few screws loose and nobody to tighten them up for you, then you might just think the government really is out to get you. Not just through taxes either. If you live in some place that is saturated with this kind of rhetoric day in and day out and has a really bad economy compared to most of the nation, then you might just decide to do something about it and go shoot someone that you perceive as the cause.

If I was a Democrat Congressman I would be a little afraid to go to a public townhall meeting. that's another casualty that isn't getting discussed. How many politicians are going to want to take a chance of getting shot in public. How many constituents are going to want to go see their representative to make their voices heard? It's a sad day for the whole system of democracy. The mouthpieces need to watch what they say. If most of them are on one side then they need to do a little algebra and equal out the equation.

I'm so tired of the blame game. He was mentally ill. I've seen it in a close friend. If not mentally ill...deranged, evil whatever. No one else is at fault but him.
Also.... I like Sarah Palin. I'm not sure yet that she is pres. material but she is smart and a very decent and good person. Why does she deserve such hatred from so many? I just don't get it.

Ed Schultz reminds me of a travelling evangelist, who spends the night out on the town, the night before the revival, and then, tries to convince the congregation that they need to get right with God.

What has a 9% approval rating. Where did GB get that from? Yes I'm afraid of her. Anyone in their right mind would be afraid of her being President. The President has access to the football. They need to have a level head. I remember the Cold War. The President has too much power for someone like SP. It's a moot point. She has a very low approval rating amongst the party base. It's scary that she is able to fool so many though.

I agree. I put him in the same category as all the other talkers. Very few of them have any credibility at all. None on TV. That's for sure. Ed Schultz is still talking hate against the right wing. Not a very responsible thing to do. Especially if he is going to condemn SP for doing the same thing. No I don't watch Ed Schultz. I do listen to him when my Zune is out of juice though. can't stand all the commercials on FM. Usually I just turn the stereo off.
