kate plus 8 and Sara Palin

Her irresponsible behavior since then has been abhorring. Her behavior since the Az shootings has been horrible.

Do you really want to travel down that road, without rebuttal, after the irresponsibility of the Pima County Sherriff and the whole of the MSM jumping on that bandwagon, without a shred of evidence?

Who drew first blood, in this particular argument? It wasn't Sarah Palin.

I could give you a very lengthy list of a certain group of people of whom SP is a prominent mouthpiece. The list would include the mouthpiece along with the statement they made. I could then give you a list of violent incidents over the past 2 years. All of them perpetrated by people that listen to these mouthpieces. All these mouthpieces and all these violent incidents would have a common thread. I would dare you to give me a list of mouthpieces belonging to the other group and violent acts that can be directly or even indirectly attributed to what said mouthpieces mindlessly said. Remember they must be actual mouthpieces that are heard on national TV or radio. Not just people writing their opinion on a blog. People that get listened to or watched by a lot of people.

I ask you. Do you really want to go down that road? Think about it for a few moments and be honest with yourself. One list would be long and very clear.

I'm sorry Royd but there isn't any real wiggle room on this one. The only wiggle room is through lies. I'm being honest. Please return the favor.

Gee, shall we start with President Obama...If they bring a knife, we'll bring a gun...Get in their faces....Calling those on the other side of the aisle, the enemy....If he can inspire half the country to vote for him, with absolutely no resume, how is it, suddenly, that they dismiss his statements as pure political rhetoric? Apparently, he's not the leader, he claims to be.

Which side of the politcal spectrum has more bombings, street riots, leaves tons of trash, after their rallies....That, right there, is all I need to know about the other side.
At the National Tea Party rally, and at every one, across the country, there has never been a need for huge cleanup crews....At Obama's inauguration, it took days to clean up the mess, and every other rally, they have held recently...Even the Joh Stewart Rally, even though he pleaded with them, it was still a mess.
You would think, with all of those radical environmentalists, on the left, so concerned about the life and health of the planet, that there wouldn't be one cigarette butt, remaining on the ground.

BTW you need to expand your reading, to include some right wing sites....I always know what the left is saying, by actually going there, and believe me, the blogs are full of contemptuos, vindictive, over the top rhetoric.

The common thread with anyone committing violent acts in the name of political views, in my opinion, is mental illness. Whether they're acting out on things they've heard from Glenn Beck or Keith Olbermann, how is it really any different than the fruitcake who says his dog told him to do it? While I realize the dog doesn't have a nationally syndicated show (lol), people who have a predisposition to violence are going to find something to fear and hate, whether it's coming from the voices in their head or hidden messages in songs; they're mentally ill.

I've never heard any reports of someone truly calling for violent action in any mainstream format, and I would certainly hope it would stay that way. Of garden variety hatefulness, there's been plenty to go around, on all sides, and for quite a few years now.

My .02 cents.

To think that the main stream media has been anything but outrageous since this sensless shooting is to stand directly in denial of the facts. They jump to conclutions without a shred of evidence to support their theories, and continue after the facts show something totaly opposite. Did the left blame Al Gore when they found his book and political rhetoric in the unibombers house. The list can go on and on, were they outraged when they stood outside of Bush two functions with signs that said to hang him or murder him; No they said that was free speech. Or when some nut wrote a book about assasinating him while he was a sitting pres. No they thought he was a genious, Get real please.

That's true to some point. These people are a stick of dynamite waiting to explode. The question is why light their fuse.

As for national public figures inciting violence. There is one case of KO saying something about committing violence towards another mouthpiece. GB on the other hand has numerous incidents of blatant calls to action against political figures on the left. The woman that got shot in AZ made a public statement about her district having a crosshairs over it on SP's website. Said website was scrubbed of all crosshairs after the shooting. If SP didn't feel some guilt, why did she scrub her site? Some talker down in Florida said if ballots don't work use bullets. I don't know about you but that sounds a little bit blatant to me. I know these people just say all these stupid things to attract attention to themselves. It doesn't matter though. Cumulatively it results in disaster. As a nation we are in bad enough shape without idiots trying to turn us against each other.

The point is that they can accomplish the same thing without all the hateful rhetoric. It applies to everyone. Not just righties or lefties. Anyone on either side that tries to fuel the fire like that is wrong.

Back to the MSM vs the FOX crowd again. Get real. I bet you haven't watched the MSM in years. I don't watch either. I don't need TV to tell me what to think. I can figure it out all by myself. Brainwashing is dangerous. Just look at history.

How long did the FBI search for the Unibomber? I believe he was doing his dirty deeds long before Al Gores book. Maybe you should use some facts surrounding Timothy McVeigh. They might fit the scenario a little better.
