When my brother got this egg rash, we hadn't eaten eggs in over a week. Then mom put only 2 eggs in a really big batch (2 eggs mixed into several gallons worth of batter) of something she was making. That's when he's rash showed up, after he ate some of that.
I don't know if raw eggs has anything to with egg allergies, but we also don't eat raw eggs.

What else was in that batter? Has he eaten ONLY egg at some point to determine if it's the egg he's allergic to?

Could be a gluten allergy or reaction to something else in the batter.

I don't remember everything that was in the batter for sure, but I know there was at least eggplant, oats, basil, oregano, eggs, and salt. I think that's everything but I could be wrong.

I know it's not a gluten allergy because my dad and sister have a severe gluten allergy, and so we don't cook, eat, or bring anything into the house that has gluten on it or in it. Therefore it couldn't be from gluten.

He's never eaten only egg at some point, but every time he eats something with egg in it he gets a stomach ache and a severe rash so that's how we know it's from the eggs. He's eaten the exact same thing without eggs in it, and then he has no problems.

Okay, so yeah probably egg allergy.
 
I just looked up can people get allergic to eggplant and it said they can but I don't think it's an allergy to eggplant because other times when he's had eggs and he hasn't had eggplant it's still bothered him. I think it's the eggs.
It can't be the oats either because we eat oatmeal for breakfast every morning and it never bothers at all.

The feed I'm giving to the birds has corn, soybean meal, and wheat in it. It's organic and non-GMO project verified.

I found this article that says you can become allergic to eating eggs laid by birds who eat soybeans.

I suppose there is a possibility it could be the soybeans.

But either way, I don't think my birds should have to suffer from eating only oats just because 1 or maybe 2 people in the entire household of 10 might be allergic to soybeans.
I think that means that they should quit eating eggs and I should keep feeding my birds the proper food so they aren't severely malnourished.
That's just the way I look at it. Do you agree with me?

I'm still going to do that experiment like Benny said after their rash goes away. Then we'll absolutely know for sure.
