Mine were always eating like it was the last meal. But mine were in trailers and trucks for hours and hours before they got to the auction. Although my bantams didn’t eat much on their first day, the large fowls did.@HuffleClaw Is it normal for newly purchased chickens to not have an appetite on day 1? I could only get one to sort of eat. Neither are drinking.
