Nope. We don't have time for that, but we do make use of a lot of it. We save the heart, liver, kidneys, lungs, and usually the tongue, too. We feed the kidneys and the lungs to the ducks and we also feed them the fat and any meat scraps. We don't eat the fat off the sheep.
 
It feels so nice to have all the sheep butchered for the year. We did 5 today and I think 4 the other day. We still have more animals to butcher, but not at the moment. We have 6-7 ducks that will be ready to butcher on September 22, and everything else that needs butchered won't be ready until after that. At least we got two animal species done for the year - sheep and goats! Only ducks, chickens, guineas, and a steer left to go!

Oh yeah. They where actually intended for the original breeders, breeding stock. I was able to tak her into selling them to me instead.
When that time comes, if you'd be interested in some, I'd be more than happy to trade for some call duck eggs. Your Calls are very beautiful.

Awe thank you! Honestly, I don’t need more chickens (although Ayam Cemanis are beautiful), but if somehow I can get call eggs to you this spring I will happily do it!
