You start the pot with with onions, garlic and crayfish boil... maybe some mushrooms too.. Add corn on the cob and baby potatoes. you put your crayfish in a kiddie pool with salt and water. After about an hour when the pool is muddy, empty and refresh with fresh water. Then, when the veg is just about right add the crayfish, cook about 90 seconds and turn off the fire. pull the strainer out and toss everything in a cooler. Coat with more crayfish boil seasoning, toss and cover. then give it a few minutes and serve over cardboard on a pick-nick table. Crayfish, corn on the cob, mushrooms, whole cloves of garlic, potatoes, etc... it's all YUM :drool Of course you have to know how to harvest the meat from the crayfish... Pinch the tail and suck the head. But oh so good.
