Upon further research I believe my anole is a female. He/she doesn’t seem to have a dewlap like males have. So I’m going with female. I’m fine with any name. I once had a male betta fish named Layla when I was younger

I had no idea anoles changed colors until today.

Apparently so! She was bright green when I found her and turned brown when I started handling her (to put her in a tank). Now she’s been switching between green and brown. I’ve tried to capture her green-side but everytime she is brown.
