The babies have been fed supper for the night. I had to work out a gravity issue with the waterers, but all is working properly now.

The meat birds are 41 days old. Was just out on the deck, Love seeing the girls roam the yard, but these guys are much better foragers and way more alert. The girls in the yard are between 12 and 20 weeks, just depends on which hatch.

Spike is adorable, and I'm not a cat person.

Oh, and a funny story, not so funny when it happened. I was releasing the Ross into their new shelter (they didn't want to come out of the crate with that crazy green stuff) and my cell phone falls out of my pocket into the shelter. One of the birds I had just gotten out of the crate hops up on my cell phone and proceeds to poop on it. Moral of the story, button your shirt pocket.
