Yes, that’d be a wonderful thread! If you start it leave a link and I’ll follow along.I'm seriously thinking about starting a thread to chronicle the trial. I've raised both strains with lots of variables making things unequal, so no way to determine which does better for me. This time all things will be equal and the decision will be driven by feed conversion, mortality and yield... When I do it right I'll get a mix of 4.5-6 pound birds dressed. 5 pounds and under stay whole for roasting and the bigger birds get cut-up. I like to get a pound to a pound and a half of boneless, skinless breast meat and the same for six tenders.
