Heres an updated pic of my lone chick, he/she is chillin on momma. And one of my ducklings just chilling out.

Day 18 for the silkie and her 11 eggs!
Keep in mind these eggs have not been candled...

ETA:
We do have another broody. Fran the KC Duck is on approximately day 7 with her 5 eggs... and now I have another broody chicken hen! I’m undecided if I’m going to let her set or not.

Id let her, and I agree, broody is contagious, I had one hen after another go broody until I blocked access to the main nesting boxes. Now I have one momma hen and one hen thats gonna be a duck momma soon.
