Lol I guess that could be considered a benefit by some

Btw I still have a migraine and now I'm nauseous. Didn't work.

I did take a 2 hour nap though from around 5:30, quarter to 6, to about 7:30 and then I took a shower. Was hoping the steam and hot water would loosen mucus and also help my headache but I think that Vicks constricts blood vessels so more stuff doesn't go into your nose so it didn't work at first. But now like an hour later a lot is coming out of my nose. Sorry, again, for TMI lol

Hopefully getting all the gunk out of my nose will help me.

My mom thinks it might be that time too and it could be cause I usually get a migraine and nauseous before and I haven't had it in a while but idk.

The headache isn't as bad now and is not a huge deal but the nausea is the worst.

:hugsdefinitely take it easy. I don't mind TMI. :) Wish I could help.

Thank you. I am having a big can of chicken noodle soup since I likely can't eat much else. I admit I'm a bit of a baby about being sick but being nauseous is literally the worst cause there aren't really any drugs for it.

I'm a big baby too. Feeling sick stops everything, especially being nauseous.

I went through nearly 5 months of chemo. I was a big cried and whiner. It was horrible. :oops:Others seem like it was so easy. Going and doing their walks and races afterwards. I can barely walk because of it. :old

We all have what we can tolerate, and that can change throughout life. Some things I can handle, others I can't. Headaches and feeling nauseous are some of the worse things.

Aww I'm so sorry! :hugs Don't do the hide emoji! Nothing to be ashamed of, that's a perfectly normal reaction! :hugs

And yeah, that's true. I used to be able to handle more and not be such a baby hah but yes headaches and being nauseous are definitely the worst and certainly the most incapacitating.
