Family. I don't do extended family. My parents moved here from Chicago in the 70's and here we all remain. All but one brother is pretty close. We went to my husband's family. They are all close too. I personally wouldn't travel far to see family. Bad enough they are close. It's just not my thing. :idunno I'd rather stay home, and some years I do. :hmm

Gator was half Pyrenees. But full ones are way too big and way too furry Lol

That Malamute won't be homeless for long. The red in his coat makes him deserable. I do not understand the why of it but folks tend to want that coloring. I like the silver ones more.

I understand the missing those that have gone. :hugs
