Keep insulation or no?

They do here in Maine, it come in 4’x8’ sheets, this will be the third year with the same sheets, it’s pretty much indestructible!!
Wow! Can you give me the info on how/where to purchase?
Thanks!
Btw, do you keep both ducks and chickens in the coop and if so are (or will) you using deep litter?

I don’t have ducks, only 7 hens. I purchased the plastic from the Amish, they use as skylights in sheds/cabins they make and sell. I plan to have poop boards with sand under the roosting boards, probably linoleum with pine shavings on the floor.

I just googled and found that Home Depot carries it, this stuff is indescribable and will last many years!

Thanks Colberon for the info on the plastic. It looks like it has air trapped between sheets. That's great. It's already down below 40 tonight and feels (with high winds) much colder!

I took mine out of my shed when I made part into a coop; bugs hide there and eggs, moisture, and the chickens will eat it.

Being that I only have ducks and it will be on the early AM sunny side, I think it will be ok. It will help absorb (and maintain) heat, that's for sure!
