Keep loosing chicks advice needed!!!

The bleach may be part of the problem, especially with the lamps then warming everything up. Chicks are quite sensitive to what to us seem like insignificant amounts of various things. Not saying that's "THE" problem- but it may be a factor.
 
All good advice so far. The other things that come to mind are the type of bulb in the heat lamp (ensure it is not shatter proof as they are often Teflon coated which is toxic to chickens) and the ambient temp of the room they are in. Wondering if the chicks that are dying are on a warmer side of the house. Heat plates or Mama Heating Pads would be a better means of providing warmth for them.

I second that a photo of your set up might shed light on the problem. Food and water needs to be at the coolest place in the brooder. Stacking brooders can significantly increase the heat, so that might be a factor.
