Yes. But the rules had been expanded over the last 2 months. It seemed to be of a democratic agreement as posts were made. I'll give you a refresher here, coolbeans?

1) Words can now be flipped
Word a, word b can be swapped when used in a reply

2) root words are now allowed to be expanded upon
I.e. suffix, prefix, compounded
2.1) page 62&63 show yet another aspect of intentionally misspelling

3) puns are encouraged

4) homnyms(sp) & synonymous are also encouraged & so by default so are acronyms

5) page 42&43 show a few example of when 2 folks post at the same time you can choose to go off of which ever one you want (and keep it rolling)

We now return you to the regular randomness of this game.....
