Keep rooster or re-home him?

I have 2 roosters and 8 hens and 3 ducks...all together in same coup/yard. They all get along great EXCEPT the large rooster is tearing up half the hens back/feathers. Should I re-home him?

I would rehome him. Usually, you want to have at least eight hens per rooster, to prevent overmating.

I feel bad, he is beautiful. I thought I had enough hens in there, a good mix. He has his favs, for sure.
