Here is my advice. If i had a mean broody hen and she was the only one to go broody then I would keep her but I would do it in a small pen of her own. That way she cant have run of the place and you can only deal with her when you want to. That way she stops terrorizing everyone. You can still have her and put fertile eggs under her and when the hatch take them and brood them yourselves. That way you know that they will be gentle and well manered.
If none of this is feesable then I would say make her soup.
The other hens might be afraid to go broody with her attitude!! LOL
