Keeping ducks safe from bald eagles, etc

They like our duck feed mixture of feed, birdseed mix, and corn. They also like our kiddie pool. You can train them to bring coins for food/treats. Wikihow has pages of these, that show step by step instructions. I have never heard of that movie but I will look into it!

Growing up in redneck central it was a national treasure to find old crow or raven nests. Picked a toonie out of a nest one time as a kid, better than a lottery back then

We dont have dollar bills we have Loonies (Dollar coins with Loons on them) and toonies (two dollar coins)

We keep our ducks in a large run when there are predators out. For hawks and the such we feed crows and have a large murder of them. They are territorial and will chase off all big birds that could eat our ducks. Since eagles are protected by law, there is nothing you can do except keep your ducks in a strong enclosed run while out side.
Yes! Crows are awesome. Last year we had a couple nests, and they ran off all the birds of prey. I hope they nest here again this year. We have a ton of bald eagles and hawks. I see them every day. The ducks are out and about in the creek every day, all day.

I know what a loon is so that makes sense but why do they call the $2 with the bear on it toonie? Are all the $1 & $2 paper bills gone now? It's been a long time since I've been up there and I don't remember the coins. They are pretty but I can see how your pants would fall down if you had a lot of change in your pocket!
