I want to give the cats their own place to play, Terrie, but that aint really practical at this time. I did ask them about it and
they liked the idea, although they didn't seem inclined to help in the least... being cats and all.
I have learned about the tin foil, sticky tape, cookie sheet and orange peel tricks, and they have the benefit of working when I'm away. "Interactive" deterrents like water sprays have the desired effect, but they mostly just teach kitty to avoid me; expecting me to go psycho water bath on their a** whenever I hove into sight is not the lesson I want them to learn.
