keeping teal

I have a pair of teal and was wondering if there are any tips on keeping them. My teal are living with my domestic ducks and chickens and all seems to be going well. I have a few questions though, do they need to be kept away from the domestics? do they need a pond or will a large basin of water be just fine? do they need to be fed differently to domestics? when will they have baby duckies? do they need shrubs and plants for hiding and for cover? do they need a nesting box?
any help would be much appreciated.

I'm new to teal it's my second year. I keep them separate from my Khaki Campbells for various reasons aggression being one. I hatched 3 Green wings and to Kahkis last year and they were fine together it was hard to get the Khakis into their flock and separate from all the Teal. I feed flock raiser and layer during the egg season and treats. I've been using kiddie pools so I can clean easier one I head in the winter to keep from freezing. The Green wings are ground nesters and will nest in the pen. One of my Green wings would lay them here and there and not sit so I had to incubate them the other sat her nest. I separated that part of the pen to protect them from other teal. My Cinnamon makes a nest in the coop and won't sit I'm watching one of three I have pip now in the incubator. They are on my want list. I need to sell a few more Green wings first. My wife also want's Ring teal.

Where do you get wild teal???

There are breeders for all kinds of wild fowl. I sold Green wing teal last year and plan to this year but my Cinnamons didn't hatch I have 3 eggs now 2 are pipping. I'm waiting on my Wood duck to see if any of those hatch it should be this week. The Green Wings hatch in July. I have federal and state permits to sell them but you don't need permits to have them. Also no breeders ship this time of year it usually starts in October because of temperature. Typically pairs or singles are sold not chicks or eggs.
