Great pic, racuda. And proud they should be. I once had a little game hen hatch a goose egg. She was proud, too. Took almost a month for the gosling to get as big as mamma......Pop
 
I have some young guineas that seem to have adopted an OEGB hen as their mama, it's pretty cute! Most chickens don't care what they hatch, as long as they have babies!

My guineas I got from Damselfish have a Buff Orpington pullet as a mom! She hasn't even laid eggs yet, and was probably only about 2 months old when she adopted them! I'm guessing she's going to be my good broody when she's old enough! LOL!

Her "babies" still follow her around everywhere, even though they are trying to get recruited by the grown guineas, now. They are loyal! They won't leave their "Momma"!

I bet your hen raised up a lot more than their real mom would have! I've heard guineas are a little negligent.
