You might already know this, but you can also fail a drug test just because you ate a poppy seed bagel that morning.

Nope! NOt true anymore... thats OLD news. And 100% not true anymore... if it ever was true.
YOu'd have to eat...a LOT of poppy seed bagels to fail a test... they said NO way it can happen today.

I just wish they would regulate what you can and cannot buy on Food Stamps. I work in a Grocery store and nothing makes me madder than to see parents bring a basket full of soda, candy, junk food, and cakes from the bakery and then pull out the Lone Star Card!

I think its great that the needy get help when they need it, but no one NEEDS soda or candy!

Personaly I agree with it for the most part There are a few exceptions
But I also believe they should do it for unemployment and welfare of anykind
Too many families have been raised from a welfare state in this country that would rather sit home doing drugs and sucking off the government than get a job and be a productive part of society
On the same note there are exceptions where people have no other option but if you cant afford to support yourself you cant afford drugs alcohol and cigarettes either and for anyone to expect the tax paying citizen to not feel abused by the system should look closer at the issue
The government or the world owes nobody anything for nothing IMO

They raised the limit for it to show as an opiate to avoid false positives but otherwise, it still does.

However this IS a 6 year old news source, so I will admit things might have changed in that time.
