True, I guess I have it better than some folks - my boys are basically good kids, don't smoke, drink or do drugs. Well, the oldest drinks every now and then and smokes, but the younger two are absolutely rabid about that topic

Won't smoke, Won't drink, Won't do drugs, and people who do are worse than idiots!!

I've raised Puritans.

The youngest gets mouthy a bit at times, but nothing too far over the line - I figure a teen with the answer for everything is nature's way of saying "come on empty nest!!!"

Oh, you know when he does leave, you'll be calling him all the time just to hear his mouthiness!!

I'd take em, but by the time I got over to get them they'd be old, probably.

If ya want, we can swap duck eggs next time we're both out at sano.

I'll have a few call duck eggs (only from the one duck, if the blue doesn't show up)

Actually, he'll probably be calling me - this is the kid who wanted to come home after two nights staying with his cousin cause he missed his mommy - he was 16 at the time.

Actually Sam and I get along better than he does with his dad - his dad is as mouthy as he is sometimes

a lot of the time I just ignore his mouth, or give him a look instead of mouthing back - he usually shuts up after that.

They actually aren't that old right now. I think the oldest one is about 5 days, but could be 4. I have the weekend's eggs sold already, these were supposed to be replacements for some the p.o. destroyed. The receiver said they had too much stuff going on to set eggs right now. But I would like to swap eggs with you. Cris would love some call ducks!

I have all of them that I've collected so far set in the bator, but I can start saving more of them for ya.

If I go out to sano next friday I can save them all week - that would be 6 or 7 eggs, and if you do the same we can even up.

I'm not going tomorrow anyway - too much to do and it's gonna be nasty out.

Plus, my truck is messing up, I may ahve to take it in to be fixed either tomorrow or monday - I got this nasty jump in the front end, not sure if it's steering or what.

The truck was so bad taking Jon to work today, I made hubby pump up the tires on his car for me to pick him up with that.

It only happens whe I turn a certain distance, like if it's an easy curve, no problem, if I am actually turning out of somewhere or into somewhere it shakes the whole front end and thumps, like something is shifting that isn't supposed to shift.

It feels like the front axle is gonna fall off, in other words.

Maybe you have some lugs loose? Did you check your tires?
Yeah, after Monday, I won't have any eggs to send. I figured I could make more $$ off the ducklings, so I'm gonna start setting them. I had one person that I was supposed to send these eggs to, and I had another that I told I would sell her some when the next ones were available. Then after that I'm gonna start setting them.

Ugh, I think Cris gave me his flu

I've been feeling like garbage the past few days. Maybe it's just the weather
