So... my Bank today mails me what I assume is my new debit card, because they said my old one had been compromised - no fowl play yet, but the data was "out there".

I get an envelope from the bank today with a small paper talking about my new debit card, but no debit card - and no paper that it usually comes attached to with that rubbery gluey stuff. The envelope had NEVER been sealed - the glue was pristine, the paper where it ought to have been stuck also was unmarked.

Tomorrow morning I wll be at my bank to take all of my money out and put it into some other bank.

Gee, just how I wanted to start my saturday morning.

I could tell you a story that a friend of mine went through, but it would only upset you even more. The short of it is a guy in China set up a portal in the bank and was going to clean it out completely the next day, they just stumbled onto the breach and shut it down, but it was close.

As it so happens i have some feathered legged cuckoos marans in the hatcher as of today they should be hatchin here in a 3 days or so.These are Not hatchery but from Wade Jeanne Channing Grisham bloodline. (Sorry Meri I had to go there), but its true. I'll post here when they hatch.

BTW I have 8 Silver penciled Rocks and 3 dz barred rocks due to hatch this Sunday if anyone is interested.

They both should / could have feathered legs

TubbyChicken i doubt they will have all hatched by Monday but maybe?
Andora has first dibs though. There are 15 eggs in this batch. I dont candle so im not sure about how many will show

So, while I'm waitng on a new debit card down here at a new bank

I can still use my other debit card, but I don't have checks through the CU (would be out of town/state anyway) so I'll have to get money orders to pay bills - or use the "starter checks" at the new bank.

I don't use credit cards - paid em off and will never get another one - so I use debit, and when my debit cards get compromised, I'm screwed.

And my husband can't understand why I want to put all of our money in a Jar and bury it in the back yard.
