Paintsville, KY Breeding silkies, white, blue, b/b/s. Cochins, Polish, Sultans and frizzles. Lavender Americana, and Lavender Cochins as well.

Just a tip, when you spell "Americana" like that, it implies that they are Easter Eggers. If they are pure, you should spell it right: A-M-E-R-A-U-C-A-N-A

Not to jinks things I hope but the ole weather man said warmer days are on the way!!! I am soooo tired of the cold....

My Scovies want to brood and my turkey hen keeps sitting at my feet.... She'll let me pickher right up and pet her... Poor Nelson's just not quite old enough to gobble... He's been displaying a bit more these past few days so Nelly might get what she wants... I found a couple of turkey eggs hidden so spring must be on its way.

Welcome to all the Newbies.....

My turkey tom is about to turn into dinner if he doesn't stop trying to bum-rush me when I open the door! Can't let them out to free-range cause if I can find a ride for him and his girl, I'm getting $200 for them. Won't get crap if he goes out and gets eaten!

I was wondering if the weather is going to be in the 50's next week if Leitchfield will have their flea market? I have two beautiful Wyndottes cockerels I would love to take down there to sell. ( They are eating me out of house and home! ) One is a black and one is a blue from the Foley's chicks I got late last summer. Beautiful birds, I just don't need that many roos I am keeping one of the blacks myself.
