Ok, here are the ones I have (not my pics btw)

I can't seem to find pics of the 'splash' ones, but I don't think they are called splash. I think they are cinnamon X silver, not sure the name. I saw one pic of cinnamon silver blue face, but Mrs. AK doesn't have blue faced that I know of, so idk. I'll post pics on the button quail forum (different site) one day and ask.

ETA: No but you know the sound darth vader makes in the movie? The raspy breathing sound? That's what a male button's crow sounds like, well part of it anyway. The other part has been described as 'evil doll laugh'.

Has anyone ordered from Randall Burkey Company before. I am wanting some Barred or Columbiam Cochins and they are hard to find. They have the Barred Cochins. I am wanting to order some chicks of cochins and silkies to get colors I dont have. Even though I dont need them.

I'm on a waiting list for msbear to get some eggs from her bantam columbian cochins, if you PM her you might be able to get on the list - her cochins are gorgeous.

I told hubby no more shipped eggs, but I have to try these, and it won't be til it warms up a bit, so I'm gonna take a chance.

The darth vaders are pretty!!

I usually just hear the cochins making peeping sounds. They make a sweet sound when they are chatting with each other. The cockerel makes a three tone peep, like a baby crow, but no crow, just the peep PEEP peep - sounds like the NBC tone

I wouldn't pay more than 25 bucks for shipped eggs, of any sort, especially this time of year. No guarantee they'll hatch at all after being in such cold.

Ah I see, Jose went and visited you tonight instead of stopping here like he said he would.

Oh well maybe Black Jack or Don Juan or Captain Morgan will stop by for a visit.

Just watch out for Jose though, I heard he can get people into all kinds of crazy stuff!
