Someone needs to seriously use Spellcheck when they post on craigslist - title of their ad reads....

"Registered Anus Bull for sale"

Hmmm.... not sure I'd want one of those running around the farm....

today is the last day to enter poultry in the state fair. You can go online to the fair website and enter them.

That is really funny!
Thought I would finally post on here since I have never posted. I have met Shelly and Pop57. We go to Sano most Friday nights and have become addicted to chickens! My name is Teresa and I am in the southeastern part of Ky.
I have read and kept up with many of the others posts and have learned some valuable information regarding chickens and quail, which I am just getting started with. Thanks for all the help you guys so unknowigly gave :-)

Heya and welcome to the board.

I'll be at Sano tonight - I'll be the one with the red Ford pickup truck and the quad of black swedish ducks that no one wants to pay a decent price for

I'm even willing to bargain a little - so far have had folks think they are lovely, "but we don't have a pond" (me either

the ducks don't care).

I will be there as well. I will look you up and meet you. I read all your posts and learn a lot from them. I love this site and when I joined, I went back at page one and read all the way up to now. It is awesome!

I am going to try to get some pics of my chicks up if I get time later today. I have a lot! I have one chick which is very unusual and want to post a pic of it to see if anyone has ever seen anything like it.

I need to snap some pics of the new hatch I just had - some of them are from George's coop (I don't usually incubate his girls's eggs) - so they are sort of pretty.

Been used to seeing white and black chickies for so long -a little color is exciting
