khakis molting at 5 months old?

hey folks! got 12 khaki cambells at 5 months old that are losing a lot of plumage. they were just getting the last of their feathers in and now probably lost 1/4 of plumage. i just took them off starter 2 weeks ago and put them on grower pellets. they free range daily. never saw this with ducks before or maybe its been so long since I've kept ducks that i forgot? how often do they molt normally? thanks!

Ducks go through a juvenile molt...This is when Drakes get their tail curls.....Yes it's normal....Looks like they had a pillow fight....
