Kicking the food pyramid to the curb Update post 18 & 19

When DS was very young, the school had nutrition week. He came home and eagerly explained the "Food God Pyramid". He insisted that was the correct term. Given the blind following and controversy surrounding this subject, I never forgot this apropos name for it.

I feel its both. You can eat good fats all day long but if you sit around all day you're still going to gain weight.
YOU can eat the occasional bad food like fats food but as long as it's rare and you exercise/wok hard, you won't gain weight.
Moderation in everything is the key
