I'm just wondering if it is normal for a kid to appear that they are walking on their tiptoes. Both of my bucklings born a couple days ago look almost like they are knuckling over on their front hooves. It doesn't keep them from running around and being active, and it isn't all that bad, just wondering if there is something I need to do.

BoSe injectable will help relax their tendons. It's just contracted tendons. Many times it will resolve on its own in a week or so...but not always.

Yes. If that is out of the question, you can try the gel available for horses. I've never used that...so cannot advise on dosage.

Thanks for the information. I will try calling our vet tomorrow and seeing if we can easily do it that way.

I agree with Kate as it sounds like a selenium deficency and the Bo-se shot will help and also if you have any more does due soon I would get them shots also or a bottle if the vet will sell it to you.
