Kids Playhouse Coop & Cattle Panel Run...Updated

Hi - We are new to backyardchickens. You guys have some really nice looking coops. My husband and I built our chicken coop and run (i guess that's what you call it) all by ourselves. It was a fun project and we are enjoying our chickens. We purchased 20 baby chicks in March. Right at 24 weeks we started finding eggs; this past week and a half... our total is at 35 eggs today. Here are some pics of our coop. We did put the green fiberglass roofing sheets over half of the fenced in area and plan to put it over the other half soon. We are still learning... We live in South Louisiana and it is usually really hot most of the time. We have very short winters. evaraye

We have 14 Productions Reds and 3 Plymoth Rocks. Recently we adopted one older hen from Poppies house and she seems happy to be with our girls. BLESSINGS TO EVERYONE!
