Yes it is and I would love to see it in person

Mostly I only see partial rainbows but

I have seen the full rainbow arch seeeral times before

I have seen 2 rainbows that make a letter m
In fact it was when my sons were young and one of them saw it first and said “ look moma McDonald’s is in the sky

I have seen 2 rainbows one on top of the other a few times

Double Rainbows sure are pretty, they aren't common so that definitely makes them special.
